Before gathering with our friends and family in Tulum, MX, Romell and I chose to privately exchange vows in the most intimate way possible. Just the two of us, our pastor, and our photographer. On a quiet stretch of beach, with nothing but the ocean and God as our witness, we promised forever to one another in a deeply personal and sacred moment.

There were no distractions, no timeline, and no audience. Just love in its purest form. That day gave us space to fully focus on the meaning of our vows and the start of our marriage, reminding us that at the heart of every wedding is the holy covenant being made.

Looking back, our elopement was the foundation of everything that followed. Proof that even the simplest setting can be profoundly beautiful. It also showed me the magic of crafting an experience that feels true to who you are as a couple.
