LATE POLICY

Arriving more than 10 minutes late will likely result in an appointment reschedule and you will be charged in full for your appointment please message if you are running behind.

CANCELLATION + NO-SHOW POLICY

We understand that life gets crazy and things happen. However, both failing to show up & cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in being charged in full (100%) for your scheduled service. Please be respectful of our time!

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Should you need to reschedule, you may do so through your appointment confirmation email online. If it is within 24 hours of your scheduled service, you may only reschedule within the same week, if applicable - this must be done via direct communication with Riley.

REFUND POLICY

Satisfaction is guaranteed at the time of service. No refunds will be given after payment of services which is deemed satisfaction of results. Please note that aftercare is in your hands once you leave and will determine the end results + longevity of your services.
